Ms. Fisher is a Certified Public Accountant and the President and founder of Real Possibilities, LLC. She decided on a career in accounting and information technology at a time when both fields presented many obstacles to women seeking entrance. However, her determination and talent not only gained her entrance to these professions, but also brought a high level of success to her and to the organizations she has served.

Ms. Fisher began her career in 1977 with The Hibbert Group in Trenton, NJ, reaching the position of General Accounting Manager. In 1986, she joined the Tingley Rubber Corporation as Accounting / MIS Manager where she quickly rose to the position of Corporate Accounting Officer - Controller. Immediately prior to founding Real Possibilities, Rose was Executive Vice President / CFO with Pyramid Consulting Services. There, she was responsible for finance, IT, administrative services, and corporate communications. Rose was instrumental in developing and executing Pyramid's company goals, strategic planning and corporate vision for growth and business expansion.

Rose's focus, and that of her company, is to help small businesses improve their recordkeeping and efficiency while increasing customer focus and profitability. "We look for ways to improve profitability by accessing a wide range of areas from standardized operating procedures and performance measurements to accounting and reporting systems."

Ms. Fisher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from Rider University, Lawrenceville, New Jersey. She is Past President of the Mercer Chapter of the New Jersey Society of CPA's and is currently President of the Central New Jersey Chapter of the Executive Women's Golf Association and Treasurer of the First Tee of Greater Trenton.
