Rose is an accomplished senior finance executive and a CPA with deep experience in guiding business growth; improving profitability; developing and implementing cost-effective financial solutions; building and leading finance teams; and implementing financial systems, policies, and procedures at emerging growth companies. She excels at conceiving and implementing creative yet effective solutions to complex, cross-functional challenges. Rose works with client CEOs to address their strategic and financial priorities and create the conditions for successful outcomes.

Rose is the Founder and President of Real Possibilities LLC, a boutique accounting and financial services firm that provides affordable outsourced accounting services, as well as, expertise in financial systems, productivity analysis and establishing SOPs to the SMB sector. Previously, as EVP and CFO at Pyramid Consulting Services, Rose was responsible for finance, IT, administrative services, and corporate communications at that company. She also held positions of increasing responsibility at the Tingley Rubber Corporation and The Hibbert Group.

Rose holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Rider University. She has served on several Not-For-Profit Boards as President, The Mercer Chapter of the New Jersey Society of CPA’s and The Central New Jersey Chapter of the Executive Women’s Golf Association and Former Treasurer of the First Tee of Greater Trenton.
