Theresa joined Real Possibilities in 2008 as a Bookkeeper.
She brings with her a strong background as a former Administrator/Office
Manager for a CPA firm. In her last position Theresa dealt with the
day to day operations of a busy CPA tax office, where she was involved
in every aspect of operations.
Theresa’s past positions include a
variety of administrative and office management jobs were she was
responsible for organization and support.
She assists clients with
accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections and monthly bank
reconciliations. Theresa is skilled in the Microsoft Office applications
and prepares monthly financial reports to help her clients understand
the business operations.
Ms. Williams’ strength is in her ability to “Make
sense from Chaos”. Her organizational
skills are put to use helping a variety of clients take the massive job of keeping
track of their money and simplifying the process.
Theresa has an Associate of
Science degree from Mercer County Community College and she is currently
pursuing her bachelor degree at Rider University.
