Rose is the Founder and President of Real Possibilities, LLC, a boutique accounting and financial services firm that provides affordable outsourced accounting services as well as expertise in financial systems, productivity analysis and establishing SOPs to the SMB sector. Previously, as EVP and CFO at Pyramid Consulting Services, Rose was responsible for finance, IT, administrative services, and corporate communications. She also held positions of increasing responsibility at the Tingley Rubber Corporation and The Hibbert Group. Rose holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Rider University. She has served on several Not-For-Profit Boards as President, The Mercer Chapter of the New Jersey Society of CPA's and The Central New Jersey Chapter of the Executive Women's Golf Association, and as former Treasurer of the First Tee of Greater Trenton.
